This page explains who runs this website, which personal data is processed and how cookies and local storage are used, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Data we process
Contact form. Name, email, type of service, date or period and message, which you provide voluntarily to ask about availability or a quote. If you choose “Send on WhatsApp”, the text is opened in the WhatsApp app and the conversation continues there, under WhatsApp's privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd). Browsing data. The server hosting the site (Aruba S.p.A.) automatically records technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) needed to run and secure the service.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a quote and organise the service: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical logs are processed for the security and operation of the site on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). No data is used for marketing, profiling or automated decisions, nor shared with third parties.
Recipients and transfers
A request sent with “Send by email” travels through the domain's mail server (Aruba S.p.A., acting as processor under Art. 28 GDPR) to the controller's mailbox; you receive an automatic acknowledgement at the address you provided. Data stays within the European Union. Third-party services (Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) receive data only if you activate them by clicking the related buttons or links, and process it under their own policies.
Retention
Request data is kept for as long as needed to reply and to manage the service, if any; if you book, for the duration of the contractual, accounting and tax obligations set by law. Server logs are kept for the technical period set by the hosting provider.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to the contact details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use profiling, advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses the browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to remember your cookie choice and to avoid repeating the intro animation: these are technical tools exempt from consent. The Google Maps map on the Contact page is loaded only after your consent (“Accept” in the banner or “Show map”): when loaded, Google LLC receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its policy. Web fonts are hosted on this site: no request is made to Google Fonts.
